SEEDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Seeds Amendment

Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2.   These regulations come into operation on the day after the day on which

they are published in the Gazette.

Principal regulations

3.   In these regulations the Seeds Regulations 1982* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 15 amended

4.   Regulation 15 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$194" and substituting the following —

" $201 "; and

(b)	in subregulations (4), (6) and (7) by deleting "$48" and substituting the following —

Seventh Schedule repealed and a Schedule substituted

5.   The Seventh Schedule to the principal regulations is repealed and the
