SEEDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Seeds Amendment Regulations

1992.  

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Seeds Regulations 1982* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 15 amended

3.     Regulation 15 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$171" and substituting the following —

$176 "; and

(b)	in subregulations (4), (6) and (7) by deleting "$43" in the three places it occurs and substituting in each place the following —
" $44

Seventh Schedule repealed and a schedule substituted

4.     The Seventh Schedule to the principal regulations is repealed and the

following schedule is substituted —

1. Fees for the analysis of a seed sample provided under section 25 of the Act and for a report of the result of the analysis —
