SEEDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Seeds Amendment Regulations

1991.

Principal regulations

2.  In these regulations the Seeds Regulations 1982* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 15 amended

3.  Regulation 15 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting 1160" and substituting the

following —

(b) in subregulations (4), (6) and (7) by deleting "$40" in the three places it occurs and substituting in each place the following —

Seventh Schedule repealed and a schedule substituted

4.   The Seventh Schedule to the principal regulations is repealed and the

following schedule is substituted —

1. Fees for the analysis of a seed sample provided under section 25 of the Act and for a report of the result of the analysis —
