AN ACT to amend the Seeds Act 1981 and for related

purposes.

[Assented to 6 May 1982.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Seeds nfi'rggieon

Amendment Act 1982.

(2) In this Act the Seeds Act 1981 is referred to 01 1981, 35

as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Seeds Act 1981-1982.

Section 7	2.	Section 7 of the principal Act is amended in
amended.

subsection (2) (d) (iii) by deleting "mass" and

substituting the following-

" count " .

Section 9

amended. 3. Section 9 of the principal Act is amended in

subsection (1) (b) by deleting "mass" and substi-

tuting the following-

" count " .
