Application for orders relating to transferrable instruments.
[1] Further to my Decision in [[2016] FWC 7100], the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (the CFMEU) has advised my Chambers that it does not have a view in relation to the application for orders in relation to transferrable instruments made by Sedgman Operations Employment Services Pty Ltd. The CFMEU has also advised that it does not wish to be heard in relation to any proposed orders.
[2] Consistent with my previous Decision, I am satisfied that the orders should be made and, having heard from the CFMEU, I make the orders sought. Orders in the terms sought will be issued concurrently with this further Decision. 1
