I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 84 of the Security-sensitive Dangerous Substances Act 2005 .15 June 2009

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Security-sensitive Dangerous Substances Order 2009 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect immediately after the Dangerous Substances (Safe Handling) Regulations 2009 take effect. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Security-sensitive Dangerous Substances Act 2005 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Schedule 1 amended (Security-sensitive dangerous substances and restricted activities) Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting items 6 and 7 from Division 2 of Part 2 and substituting: 6.   A Type 3 firework within the meaning of Division 11 of Part 5 of the Dangerous Substances (Safe Handling) Regulations 2009 . 7.   A propellant within the meaning of the ADG Code in powder form and in a quantity greater than 5 kilograms.
