Security Providers and Another Regulation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Security Providers and Another Regulation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . Part 2 Amendment of Security Providers Regulation 2008 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Security Providers Regulation 2008 . 3 Amendment of s 18 (Liquor licensee to keep register of crowd controllers) (1) Section 18— insert (2A) The register must be written in ink and be easily legible. Note Under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , schedule 1, writing includes any mode of representing or reproducing words in a visible form. (2) Section 18(3)(a)— omit, insert (a) the crowd controller’s full name and licence number; (3) Section 18(3)(g), ‘subsection (4)’— omit, insert subsection (5) Page 2 2014 SL No. 55
