s1 2 s3 Security Providers Amendment (No. 2) No. 236, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Security Providers Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Security Providers Regulation 1995 . ˙ Insertion of new s 19A 3. After section 19— insert — ˙ ‘ Exemptions from holding licence—Act, s 54(2)(b) ‘ 19A. The chief executive may approve that a crowd controller or security officer need not hold the appropriate licence for a specified activity, event or place, despite section 9 1 of the Act.’.
