Security Providers Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Security Providers Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2011. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the SecurityProvidersRegulation2008. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Fees) Schedule 1— insert— ‘Fingerprinting of relevant person 31 Taking a relevant person’s fingerprints under section 27 of the Act, unless the Commissioner already holds the relevant person’s fingerprints taken under that section . . . . 100.00’.
