Security Providers Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Security Providers Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommmenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2) of the postponed law is extended to the end of 20 March 2009. (2) In this section— postponed law means the provisions of the Security ProvidersAmendment Act 2007 that are not in force. Editor’s note The postponed law now automatically commences on 21 March 2009. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 22 March 2009.
