1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Security Industry Amendment Regulation 2012 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   (1)Sections 3 and 4 commence on the day after this regulation’s notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

   (2)The remaining provisions commence immediately after the commencement of the Security Industry Amendment Act 2011, part 3.

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Security Industry Regulation2003.

4. Section 7A

   omit

   section 13 (1) (a), (f) or (h)

   substitute

   section 13 (1) (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (h)

5. Table 8, item 7, column 3

   substitute
