1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Security Industry Amendment Regulation 2005 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Security Industry Regulation 2003.

4. Regulation 6 (1) (j)

   substitute

   (j)a person who is carrying on a security activity in relation to an information system (including the computer hardware for the system);

   (k)a person who is a casino employee under the Casino Control Act 1988.
