Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Security and Related Activities

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day fixed under the Declared Places (Mentally Impaired Accused) Act 2015 section 2(b).

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Security and Related Activities
(Control) Regulations 1997.

4.            Regulation 13A amended

(1) After regulation 13A(aa) insert:

(aba) a person authorised under a contract under the Declared Places (Mentally Impaired Accused) Act 2015 section 44 to investigate a complaint about the provision of declared place services, as defined in section 3 of that Act, while acting in the ordinary course of investigating that

complaint;

(2)	In regulation 13A(e) after "(aa)," insert:
