Security and Related Activities (Control)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Security and Related Activities
(Control) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Security and Related Activities
(Control) Regulations 1997.

4.             Regulation 18 amended

In regulation 18 in the Table:

(a)	after item 2 insert:
3A. A current photo card, as defined in the

Western Australian Photo Card Regulations

2014 regulation 3, bearing the name, date of

birth and photograph of the applicant.

(b) in item 4 delete “item 3)” and insert:

item 3A or 3)
