Security	, and Related Activities (Control)
(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2007.

Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Security and Related Activities
(Control) Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.            Commencement

29 June 2007 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3201

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Security and
Related Activities (Control) Regulations 1997* .

4. Schedule 4 amended
Schedule 4 is amended in column 3 as follows:

(a)	by deleting "383" and inserting instead — " 401 ";
(b)	by deleting "404" and inserting instead — " 423 ";
(c)

by deleting "155" in each place where it occurs and " 162 ";

(d)	by deleting "213" and inserting instead — " 223 ";
(e)	by deleting "133" and inserting instead
