Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Security and Related
Activities (Control) Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Security and
Related Activities (Control) Regulations 1997*.

4.             Schedule 4 amended

Schedule 4 is amended by deleting the Table of fees and inserting the following Table instead —
