Amendment Regulations 1999

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Security and Related
Activities (Control) Amendment Regulations 1999.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1999.

3.             Schedule 4 amended

Schedule 4 to the Security and Related Activities (Control)
Regulations 1997* is amended as follows:

(a) under the heading “Agents licences” in column 3 —

(i) deleting “180” and “200” and inserting

in the first item commencing “s. 46 (1)”, by “ 190 ” and “ 210 ”; and

(ii)

in the item commencing “s. 49 (1) (c)”, by “ 130 ”;

(b) under the heading “Other licences” in column 3 in the item commencing “s. 49 (1) (c)”, by deleting “40” and inserting instead —

“ 45 ”;

(c) Miscellaneous
item commencing “s. 10 (3)”, by deleting “15” and

under the heading “” in column 3 in the “ 18 ”.
