I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 .9 September 2002

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Security and Investigations Agents Regulations 2002 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 commences. 3InterpretationIn these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, Act means the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 . 4FeesThe fees specified in Schedule 1 are payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
