I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 .7 September 2009

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Security and Investigations Agents Amendment Regulations 2009 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Security and Investigations Agents Regulations 2005 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 substituted Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted: Schedule 1Infringement Offences and Penalties
