SECURITY AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Security Agents Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 October 1995.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Security Agents Regulations 1977* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 3 amended

4. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (3) by deleting "$25", "$51" and "$18" and

substituting the following respectively —
