SECURITY AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These reg ulations may be cited as the Security Agents Amendment

Regulations 199 4.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 October 1994.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the Security Agents Regulations 1977* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 3 amended

4.      Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (3) by deleting "$24", "$49" and "$17" and
substituting the following respectively —
