SECURITY AGENTS AIVIENDIVIENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Security Agents Amendment

Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 October 1993.

Regulation 3 amended

3.     Regulation 3 of the Security Agents Regulations 1977* is amended —

(a)	in subregulation (3) by deleting "$23" and "$48" and substituting the following respectively —
CC $24 If CC

and $49

(b) in subregulation (5) by deleting 1129" and "$64" and substituting the following respectively —

" $133 " and " $66 "; and

(c)	in subregulation (11) by deleting "$25" and substituting the following —
" $26
