SECURITY AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Security Agents Amendment Regula-

tions 1990.

Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1990.
Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Security Agents Regulations 1977* are referred to
as the principal regulations.

Regulation 3 amended

4. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in subregulation (3) by deleting "21", "43" and "15" and substituting the following respectively-

Regulation 12 amended

5. Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$5" and substituting the following—

(b) in subregulation (3) by deleting "$9" and substituting the following—

Regulation 13 amended

6. Regulation 13 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (2)

by deleting "$6" and substituting the following— " $7 11
