Securities Industry Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in accordance with subsection 150 (5) of the Securities Industry Act 1980, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Securities Industry Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Regulation 5b (Option contract: prescribed indexes)

2.1 Add at the end of the regulation:

“(d) the Australian Stock Exchange Fifty Leaders Share Price Index;

(e) the Australian Stock Exchange Twenty Leaders Share Price Index.”.
