I, the Governor, acting under the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004 section 106 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, proclaim the following areas to be areas of the State where it will not be practicable to appoint a bailiff unless the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004 section 111 applies to the bailiff—

(a)	each district as defined in the Local Government Act 1995 section 1.4 that is outside the metropolitan region as defined in the Metropolitan Region Town Planning Scheme Act 1959 section 6; and
(b)	the Rottnest Island Reserve as defined in the Rottnest Island Authority Act 1987 section 4.
