This regulation may be cited as the Second-hand Dealers and Collectors Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Second-handDealersandCollectorsRegulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Fees) 3. Section 4, ‘the Schedule’— omit, insert— ‘Schedule 1’. ˙ Insertion of new s 11 4. After section 10— insert— ˙ ‘ Goods or articles that are not second-hand goods ‘ 11. The goods or articles mentioned in Schedule 2 are not second-hand goods 1 under the Act.’. ˙ Amendment of Sch (Fees) 5. Schedule— number as Schedule 1. ˙ Insertion of new Sch 2 6. After Schedule 1— insert— 1 See section 6(1) of the Act for the definition of “second-hand goods”.

Example— Baseball and football cards. 2. Used tyres (other than used tyres excluded 2 by the Act from being second-hand goods).’. ˙ Repeal 7.
