An Act to amend the Seat
of Government Supreme Court Act 1933.
[Assented to 13th April,
1935].
BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty,
the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia,
as follows:—
Short title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Seat of
Government Supreme Court Act 1935.
(2.) The Seat of Government Supreme Court Act 1933,
as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Seat of Government Supreme Court
Act 1933–1935.
Definitions.
2. Section five of the Seat of Government
Supreme Court Act 1933 is amended by omitting the words “for the Seat of
Government” and inserting in their stead the words “accepted by the
Commonwealth in pursuance of the Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909,
and described in the Second Schedule to that Act, and includes the Territory
accepted by the Commonwealth in pursuance of the Jervis Bay Territory
Acceptance Act 1915
