Proclamation under Seas and Submerged Lands Act 1973  2

1  Name

This instrument is the Seas and Submerged Lands Amendment Proclamation (No. 2) 2019.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under section 10B of the Seas and Submerged Lands Act 1973.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Proclamation under Seas and Submerged Lands Act 1973

1  Paragraph (d)

Omit “paragraphs 2(a) to (z) and (zfa) to (zzf)”, substitute “subitems 2(1) and (3)”.

2  Paragraph (da)

Omit “paragraphs 2(za) to (zf)”, substitute “subitem 2(2)”.

3  Item 2 of the Schedule

Omit “The line:”.

4  Before paragraph 2(a) of the Schedule (after the subitem heading)

Insert:

(1)  The line:

5  After paragraph 2(x) of the Schedule

Insert:

(xa)  then north‑easterly along the geodesic to the point of Latitude 11°24´05.7062˝S, Longitude 126°18´18.0723˝E;

6  Paragraph 2(z) of the Schedule

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(z)  then north‑easterly along the geodesic to the point of Latitude 11°20´05.0996˝S, Longitude 126°30´55.5968˝E and continuing from this point south‑easterly along the geodesic to the point identified in paragraph (2)(za).

Insert:
