UNDER THE SEAMEN’S WAR PENSIONS AND ALLOWANCES ACT 1940

AMENDMENTS
OF THE SEAMEN’S WAR PENSIONS AND ALLOWANCES REGULATIONS
“4a. Section 8a of the Act applies in relation to—
(a) the Seamen’s Pensions and Allowances Committees;
(b) the Repatriation Commission;
(c) the Appeal Tribunals; and
(d) the Assessment Appeal Tribunals.
“4b. Each matter referred to in sub-paragraph 5 (a) (i) or (iv) or paragraph 5 (d) of the Act is declared to be a prescribed matter for the purposes of section 8 A of the Act.”.
