repealed. number thirteen being the “ Seamen’s LaAvs Consolidation Act of 1864” as is comprised in the last whole paragx’aph of the said section numbered (4) is hereby repealed.

Short title. 2. This Act may be cited as the “ Seamen’s Laivs Amendment

Act of 1865.”
