I, The Governor-General of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, make the following Regulations under the

1.1 These Regulations commence on 13 June 1992.
2.1 The Seamen’s Compensation Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3.1 Table:

6.1 The Seamen’s Compensation Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply to:
(a) weekly payments of compensation under the
Seamen’s Compensation Act 1911 for any period commencing after 12 June 1992; and(b) payments of compensation (other than weekly payments) under the Act for:
(i) an injury sustained, or disease suffered, by a seaman after 12 June 1992; or
(ii) a loss or event that occurs after 12 June 1992;
resulting from any other injury sustained, or disease suffered, by a seaman.
