REGULATION UNDER THE SEAMEN’S COMPENSATION ACT 1911.*

Amendment of the Seamen’s Compensation Regulations.
Regulation 7aof the Seamen’s Compensation Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (11.), after the word “jurisdiction”, the words “or is, owing to illness or other sufficient cause, unable to attend the Court”.
