[ASSENTED TO 7TH NOVEMBER, 1919.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,. by and with the advice and consent, of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same,. as follows :- Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as "The Seaforth. Repurchased Estate Act of 1919." Seaforth 2. Notwithstanding anything contained in *" The ~; ~ j: : t :ade Agricultural Lands Purchase Act of 1894" or t" The Oloser Land Acts. Settlement Acts, 1906-1917," or any other Act, the estate known as the Seaforth Estate, situated in the county of Carlisle, parish of Ossa, in the Mackay Land Agent's District, and comprising six thousand one hundred and ninety-eight acres, which was acquired' under the powers conferred upon the Crown by *,' The Agricultural Lands Purchase Act of 1894," and which has been subject only to be dealt with and dis- posed of under t" The Oloser Settlement Acts, 1906-1917," shall from and a.fter the passing of this Act be and become CroWn land, and shall no longer be subject to be dealt with and disposed of under the last-mentioned Acts, but shall in all respects be subject to be dealt with and disposed of as Crown land under t"The Land Acts, 1910 to 1918," or any Act amending or in substitution for those Acts or any of them: * 58 Vic. Provided, however, that all moneys from time to time received for rent, survey fees, or otherwise in respect of land forming part of the said estate selected or dis- posed of under *" The Land Acts, 1910 to 1918," shall be placed to the credit of The Closer Settlement Acts Trust Account (Seaforth Estate) in the books of the Treasury until the Governor in Council makes other provision for the disposal of the said moneys. 9341 An Act to Afford Relief to Selectors on the Jimbour 10 Geo.
