IlEREAS it is expedient to amend "The Scrub Lands Act, Preamble.

W l866 "-Be it therefore Enacted, by the Governor of the

Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of' the

Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

l. This Act, " The Scrub Lands Act, 1866," and Act No. 2 of ~noorporation.

1867, intituled "An Act to amend the Scrub Lands Act, 1866,"

SCHEDULE

shall be read and construed together as forming one Act.

2. The waste lands of the Crown more-particularly described in Lands in Schedule

may be dealt with ae

the Schedulc hereto may from time to time be dealt with undcr the

provisions of the said Acts hereinbefore referred to in the same nianner as if thc said waste lands had been included and described in the Schedule to the said " The Scrub Lands Act, 1h66," and all the provisions of the said Acts (so far as the same are applicable thereto) shall apply as fully ancl effectually to the said waste lands described in the Schedule hereto as if such lands had been included

in the Schedule to the .said " The Scrub Lands Act, 1866."

and running thence west along the south boundary of said Hundred to a point one and a-half miles east of the south-western corner; thence true north for about sixty chains; thence true west for two miles; thence north-westerly to the south- western corner of Scrub District No. 1 ; thence east along the ssuth boundary of aaid District to the west boundary of the Hundred of Balaklava; thence north by the said Hundred boundary to the south-western corner of Section 94 ; thence east to the south-east corner of Section 59; thence south along the eastern boundary of the Hundred of Balaklava to the south-eastern corner of the said Hundred, the point

of commencement.
