1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment

No 73).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land being part of Lot 1, DP 405632 and part of Lot 102, DP 1146645 at Gundy Road, Scone, as shown coloured light brown on the map marked “Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 73)” deposited in the office of the Upper Hunter Shire Council.

Amendment of Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986

Clause 11 Subdivision of land within Zone No 1 (c)

Insert after clause 11 (3):

(4) Despite subclause (2), the Council must not grant development consent for the subdivision of land being part of Lot 1, DP 405632 and part of Lot 102, DP 1146645 at Gundy Road, Scone, as shown coloured light brown on the map marked “Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 73)” deposited in the office of the Council, unless the area of each lot resulting from the subdivision will be at least 4 hectares.
