1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment

No 71).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land being part of Lot 202, DP 845720 at 411 Middlebrook Road, Scone, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “1 (c)” on the map marked “Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 71)” deposited in the office of Upper Hunter Shire Council.

Despite subclause (2), the Council must not grant development consent for the subdivision of land being part of Lot 202, DP 845720 at 411 Middlebrook Road, Scone, as shown on the map marked “Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 71)”, unless the area of each lot resulting from the subdivision will be at least 2 hectares.
