1 Name of plan
This plan is Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 69).
2 Aims of plan
The aim of this plan is to permit, with the consent of the Council, the carrying out of development on the land to which this plan applies for the purposes of motor showrooms, service stations, fast food outlets and car wash facilities.
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to Lots 401 and 402, DP 1119120, New England Highway, Scone, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 69)” deposited in the office of the Upper Hunter Shire Council.

[1] Clause 5 Interpretation
Insert in alphabetical order in clause 5 (1):
fast food outlet means a building or place used for serving take- away food, whether or not food is also consumed on the premises, that may include car parking, facilities for the convenience of motorists or a drive through service.
