1      Name of plan

This plan is Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 68).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone land from Zone No 7 (a) (Environment Protection “A”—Scenic Zone) to Zone No 2 (d) (Residential (Release Area) Zone) under Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 to facilitate the development of land identified as being appropriate for a potential range of residential development.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 276, DP 1114102, as shown edged in red on the map marked “Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 (Amendment No 68)” deposited in the office of Upper Hunter Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986

Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
