Science and Industry Research (Contracts)

Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Science and Industry Research Act 1949.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Science and Industry Research (Contracts) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Science and Industry Research Act 1949.

Contracts

3. For thepurposes of section 50 of the Act, the amount of $1,000,000 is prescribed.
