An Act to amend "The Constitution Act," No. 2 of

1855-6, and " The Electoral Act, 1879."

E it Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Aus-

nncl House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parlia-

B tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

ment assembled, as follows :-

l, Section 6 of 'L The Colistitution Act," No. 2 of 1855-6, and Amendment ofsection

6 of " The

The Electoral Act of 1879," shall hereafter be read

as if the words or in the Land Titles Registration Office, or in

any other office established for the purpose of registering titles to

land," had been inserted therein between the words '' deeds " and "' :md" in the ninth and tenth lines of the said sections respectively.

2, This Act may bc cited as ' T h e Constitution and Electoral short title and

Acts Amendment Act, 1892," and shall be incorporated with 'l The incorporation.

Constitution Act," No. 2, of 1855-6, and

The Electoral Act, 1879."
