School Education (Student Residential Colleges)

Amendment Regulations 2020

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations are the School Education (Student Residential
Colleges) Amendment Regulations 2020.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.      Regulations amended

academic gifted and talented programme;

These regulations amend the School Education (Student
Residential Colleges) Regulations 2017.

4.      Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 insert in alphabetical order:

Bob Hawke Regional Academic Scholarship means the scholarship awarded to a regional or remote student to attend the Bob Hawke College as a participant in the

5.      Regulation 13 amended

Before regulation 13(3)(a) insert:

(aa) students enrolled at the Bob Hawke College

who are recipients of the Bob Hawke Regional

Academic Scholarship;
