School Education Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2005

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the School Education Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2005.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the School
Education Regulations 2000*.

3.             Regulation 61 amended

(1) Regulation 61(2) is amended by deleting “for each year in
which the student is in his or her compulsory education period
during and after the student’s first charges payment year.” and
inserting instead —
“

for —

(a)	the student’s first charges payment year; and
(b)	each subsequent year until the end of the year in which the student reaches 15 years of age.

”.

(2)	Regulation 61(4) is amended by deleting “the contribution referred to in subregulation (1) or the charge referred to in subregulation (2), as is relevant to the case.” and inserting instead —
“

any other charge or contribution determined under

section 99 in respect of the student.

”.
