Scartwater Station Trust Extension Act Amendment Act 1986, No. 13 139 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Scartwater Station Trust Extension Act Amendment Act 1986. (2) In this Act the Scartwater Station Trust Extension Act Amendment Act 1960-1981 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Scartwater Station Trust Extension Act Amendment Act 1960-1986. 2. Collective title. The Scartwater Station Trust Extension Act of 1941 as amended by The Scartwater Station Trust Extension Act Amendment Act of 1960 and The Scartwater Station Trust Extension Act Amendment .Act of 1960 as subsequently amended may be collectively cited as the Scartwater Station Trust Extension Acts 1941-1986. 3. Amendment of s. 4 . Home for aged returned servicemen . Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:- "(c) The grant of an educational scholarship, bursary or grant (including the scholarships called respectively the Scartwater and Cunningham Scholarships) to any person who, when the grant is made, is a resident of the Area and- (s) Whose grandfather is, or would be if he were alive. a person to whom paragraph (a) (i) or (a) (ii) of section 3 applies; or (ii) Whose father or grandfather, except that he was not enlisted from or was not when enlisted a resident of the Area, is, or would be if he were alive, a person to whom paragraph (a) (i) or (a) (ii) of section 3 applies.".
