SCAFFOLDING AND LIFTS

No. 5 of 1968

An Ordinance to amend the Scaffolding and Lifts

Ordinance 1957-1966.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Scaffolding and Lifts

Ordinance 1968.*

(2.) The Scaffolding and Lifts Ordinance 1957-1966,t as amended

by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Scaffolding	and Lifts	Ordinance
1957-1968.

2. Part II. of the Schedule to the Scaffolding and Lifts Ordinance

1957-1966 is amended by inserting, after Item No. 17, the following

item:—

" Item 17A | Regulation 121 | Omit from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2.) ' twenty'

(wherever occurring), insert 'ten'.".
