AN ACT to amend " The Scab-in-Sheep Ordinance of

1866."

[ Assented to, 16th August, 1877.]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend "The Scab-hi-Sheep

Waddition thereto : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency theOrdinance of 1866," and to insert other provisions in

Governor of Western .Austrtha. and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1 THE provisions of the 13th section of "The Scab-in-Sheep Ordinance, of 1866," shall not be taken or deemed to apply to infected sheep depasturing within secure enclosures.

Scab-in-Sheep—Amendment.

2 IT shall be lawful for an Inspector, if he is satisfied that any

sheep are clean, to give a written permission to move such sheep

such isis mentioned in section 20 of the aforesaid Ordinance.

3 THIS Act and "The Scab-in-Sheep Ordinance of 1866,"

shall be read together as one Act.

4 THIS Act may be cited as " The Scab-in-Sheep Ordinance

of 1866, Amendment Act, 1877."
