AN ACT to amend the "Scab-in-Sheep Ordinance, 1866," and to Repeal the " Scab-in-Sheep Ordinance Amend- ment Act, 1871."
[Assented to, 30th August, 1872.
HEREAS it is expedient to amend the 8th Section of the Preamble,
W" Scab-in-Sheep Ordinance Amendment Act, 1871," and to enact" Scab-hi-Sheep Ordinance, 1866," and to repeal the
other provisions hi lieu thereof; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows :—

the satisfaction of the Inspector and if injury is likely to ensue to flocks belonging to other persons and depastured on lands con- tiguous to such infected sheep in consequence of the owner refusing or neglecting to cleanse them it shall be competent for the Inspector to issue an order to such owner to dip such infected sheep within fourteen days. Provided that any such order by an Inspector shall
