the extension of the hfectlous Disease commonlij called the Scab in

Sheep or Lambs in the Colon 1/ o f New South JVales” and will oxj^irc

on the first day of May in tlie year one thousand eight liundred and

thirty-five And whereas the said Act has been found beneficial in

preventing the eoniinunieatioii and ('xtension of the said Disease and

it is expedient that the same should be made perpetual

Ec it tlun’cfore Made perpetual,

enacted by Ilis Excellency the Governor of New South M^alcs with the advice of the Li'gislative Council tlicreof That the said recited Act passed in the tliird year of tlu>. reign of Ilis said Majesty shall be and the same is hereby made perpetual.
