An Act to enlarge the time within which Sheep infected with the &ab

HEREAS, by an Act passed in the sixteenth year of the Reign

as follows: |
1. I t shall be lawful for any person possessed of shcep infccted |
with the said disease called the scab to give notice, on or before the

said first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five, and |

dred and fifty-five, to any Inspector appointed under the said Act, of
6d. Per edgd. the number and description of such sheep, and of his intention to
clean the same within six calendar months from either of such days
respectively, and, at the same time, to pay to the said Inspector a sum
equal to Ninepence for each and every one of the sheep described in
euch notice, if the game shall be depastured or running upon any Waste Commonable '1,ands within any Hundred, and the sum of Six- pence for each and every of such sheep running or depastured upon any other lands; and, upon receiving such notice and payment, it shpll not be lawful for any Inspector as aforesaid to seize and cause to be destroyed any sheep described in any such notice, and in respect of which such payment shall have been made for the period
