An Ordinance to render more effectual an Ordinance, No. XV, 1844, called " An Act to prevent the spreading of the Infect- ious Disease called the Scab in Sheep in the Colony of Western Australia."
WHEREAS it is expedient to render more stringent the pro-
visions now in force against the driving of sheep infected Preamble'
with the scab across the lands of persons not being the owners of such sheep: Be it thereof enacted, by His Excellency the Go- vernor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
| I. THAT from and after the passing of this Ordinance, section the second of the Ordinance No. 15, 7th Victoria, 1814, shall be, ri68,414, and the same is hereby repealed, and that the word "land" in | vfOr |
