\ \ f HEE-EAS it is expedient to repeal so much of the “ Scab in

V V Sheep Act of 1861” as provides for the destruction of infected

sheep Be it therefore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

1. The second third sixth and seventh sections of the said

recited Act are hereby repealed except so much of the said sections

as may be necessary for carrying out the provisions of the seventeenth
